Summary: a fantastic fighting knife made by James Behring, Jr. Both the knife and sheath are brand new from the maker -- fit and finish second to none. The overall length of the knife is 13-1/8" -- the 8-1/4" blade is perfect and razor sharp. The knife has been fitted with a double brass fighting hilt, 3" spacer stack, and pinned solid brass crow's beak butt. "Heavy in hand" best describes this beauty -- exceptional feel if you like a bit of extra weight at the ass end of the knife.
The knife has been fitted to a widemouth riveted roughback sheath made by Sullivan. Stone pouch with plain salmon stone on the front -- the makers stamp is on the back belt loop. Simply gorgeous, definitely custom -- near mint with just a small rub / scuff on one side of the belt loop.
Bonus: black & maroon 550 paracord survival bracelet. Made in the USA, easy to use / wear / carry, and unraveled gives you just about 14 feet of lifesaving cord that will look great wrapped around your wrist until you need it.
10 photos for review -- as shown, a new and very nice brown suede carry case included for knife storage. All things considered, this is one hell of a bargain on such a sweet looking combination. Thanks and good luck.
