Summary: this is a tricked out Randall #1-7 Fighting knife with the following options: SS blade, reduced hilt, custom spacers, radiused butt cap and wrist thong. Not sure if the commando shaped handle is a bonifide option; either way, it sure does look nice. This knife is in mint condition with factory grease carefully removed from the blade -- read as: brand spanking new from the shop with original butcher / packing paper and care sheet still in tow.

The brown Sullivan model A sheath is also in mint condition, and the knife has not been stored in the sheath. Correctly stamped 7 on the back, a new plain salmon stone is in the front pouch.

I have this custom model 1-7 fighter AND a matching model 2-7 stiletto -- the pair of knives would make fantastic additions to most any knife collection. While I'm not a big fan of reduced hilts on "user" knives, I must say that these two are 'the bomb' and probably the last knives you would want to take out and scratch up. Just too nice, my advice is to tuck them away for investment purposes. Thanks and good luck.
