Summary: this is a brand new knife from the shop with the factory grease just removed for photos. It's a nice build with the commando stacked leather handle and lanyard -- get this in your hand and you'll be itching to use it. Mint condition without the 5 year wait -- can't beat that. The Sullivan model A sheath is also in mint condition and correctly stamped 8 on the back, a new plain salmon stone in the front pouch. Just out of the box for photos and never carried -- the knife has not been stored in the sheath.
